How long until my jewel arrives?
Every piece is handcrafted to your order: 10–21 business days of production, then free shipping of 3–7 business days. In total, at most 28 business days from order confirmation — usually sooner.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes — free of charge as long as production has not begun (usually 24–48 hours from confirmation). Once production starts, a made-to-order item cannot be cancelled or returned under the Consumer Protection Law. Approved cancellations are refunded within 14 days.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We'll exchange it. Every piece includes one free size adjustment within 30 days of receipt, in new condition — a benefit we grant beyond what the law requires.
What warranty do I get?
A 12-month manufacturer warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects — setting, soldering and plating — with free repair or replacement, plus complimentary cleaning and inspection twice a year. Natural wear, scratches and loss are not covered.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is identical to a mined diamond in chemical composition, physical properties and appearance — the only difference is where it formed. Every diamond comes with an international IGI certificate.
What quality grades are your diamonds?
Color D-E, clarity VVS-VS1 and Excellent polish — among the highest grades, confirmed by the IGI certificate accompanying every piece.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site are final and include VAT by law. During the sale, a discount equal to the VAT (18%) is applied automatically at checkout on orders over ₪1,199.
How do I know my ring size?
Measure an existing ring (inner diameter in mm) or wrap a strip of paper around the base of your finger and measure the circumference — then send it to us on WhatsApp. We'll convert it to the exact size. And if it still doesn't fit — free size exchange within 30 days.
What if I received a defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we will inspect, repair or replace it immediately at our expense.
Can I order a custom design?
Absolutely — it's our specialty. Tell us on WhatsApp what you've dreamed of, and we'll walk with you from first sketch to finished jewel.
