Production, documentation, and shipping

Every piece is handcrafted to order, with rigorous adherence to high gemological standards. Production takes 10–14 business days, including quality inspections and full documentation of the stones.

Once production is complete, the piece is carefully packaged and shipped via free secure delivery nationwide, with a delivery time of 3–7 business days.

We make sure every piece reaches you flawless, documented, and ready to deliver a complete luxury experience — without compromise.

Cancellation and special transactions

Since each piece is made to personal order, an order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

• Cancellation before production starts: possible within 24 hours of order placement — at no charge
• Cancellation after production starts: under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, a product made specifically per customer specification cannot be returned

Defective or incorrect product

Received a piece with a manufacturing defect or our error? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

• Send clear photos of the defect
• We'll inspect and replace it immediately at our expense, no questions asked

Size exchange

Want a different size? We offer free size adjustment (one time) within 30 days of receiving the piece.
