Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation

Every BAVEL piece is made to order for you — in the metal, carat, stone and size you chose. The following rules therefore apply to orders, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

Order Cancellation

• Before production begins — free cancellation, with no cancellation fee. Production usually begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, so please contact us as soon as possible.
• After production begins — an item made specifically to a personal order cannot be cancelled or returned, in accordance with Section 14C(d)(4) of the Consumer Protection Law.
• Refunds for approved cancellations are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the original payment method.

Size Exchange — the BAVEL Benefit

Chose a size that doesn't fit? We offer one free size adjustment within 30 days of receiving your jewel, provided it is in new condition. This benefit goes beyond what the law requires — a perfect fit matters to us.

Defective or Incorrect Item

Received a piece with a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we will inspect, repair or replace it at our expense.
