Delivery times

• Personal production process: 10–14 business days
• Free nationwide shipping: additional 3–7 business days
• Business days: Sunday–Thursday, excluding Sabbaths and holidays

* Per the Israeli Sale Law, 1968 — we state a maximum delivery time and meet it on every order.

Shipping methods

• Standard shipping (free on every order): courier with full tracking
• Express shipping (48 hours): for an additional ₪29
• Personal courier (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Center): for an additional ₪49

Packaging

Every piece arrives in a refined gift box including: velvet box, BAVEL fabric pouch, handwritten greeting card, and IGI authenticity certificate. Suitable for direct gifting.

When the package is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a real-time tracking link.
