General

BAVEL Jewelry is a lab-grown diamond jewelry brand. All jewelry sold on the site is made from lab-grown diamonds only, accompanied by an IGI authentication certificate.

Age limit

Use of the site and purchases are permitted only for those aged 18 and over. Making a purchase constitutes a declaration that you are at least 18. BAVEL Jewelry is not responsible for purchases made in violation of this age limit.

Orders and payment

• Payment options: credit cards, PayPal, up to 12 installments
• Prices shown include VAT as required by law
• Order confirmation will be sent by email within an hour of order placement
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of significant pricing errors

Business liability

BAVEL Jewelry will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction. However, the company will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from product use, including property damage, physical injury, or any other damage caused by improper use of the jewelry. The company's liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased only.

Cancellation terms

Order cancellations follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981:

• You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later
• Cancellation by a person with disability, senior citizen (65+), or new immigrant — within 4 months
• In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund minus a cancellation fee of up to 5% or ₪100, whichever is lower
• A product made specifically to a personal order (choice of metal, carat, stone, size or engraving) cannot be cancelled once production has begun, per Section 14C(d)(4) of the law; before production begins, cancellation is free with no cancellation fee

Intellectual property

All content on the site — images, texts, logo, design — is the exclusive property of BAVEL Jewelry and protected by copyright. No copying, distribution, or commercial use is permitted without written approval.

Warranty and maintenance

• Manufacturer warranty: 12 months from delivery of the jewel, against manufacturing defects
• Covered: setting or soldering defects, a stone loosened by a manufacturing fault, plating defects — inspection, repair or replacement free of charge
• Not covered: natural wear, scratches, damage from misuse, loss or theft, and repairs not performed by BAVEL
• Claims: contact info@bavel.digital or WhatsApp 054-338-8422 with your order number and photos — response within 2 business days. Plus complimentary cleaning and inspection twice a year

The BAVEL Customer Club

The BAVEL Customer Club gives members a standing 10% discount on every purchase on the site. Joining is free and carries no obligation. The following terms apply to membership.

• Membership is open to those aged 18 and over and requires an account on the site. It is personal and non-transferable.
• On joining, a personal 10% discount code is issued. The code is tied to the member's account and may not be transferred, published or shared.
• The discount applies to all products on the site, including bespoke pieces, and stacks with any active site-wide promotion.
• Joining requires a first name, last name and mobile number. A birthday (day and month) is optional and is used only for birthday benefits.
• No home address is required for membership. Delivery details are provided only when placing an order.
• BAVEL may update the club terms and the benefits within it — their value, their conditions, how they are redeemed and how long they last — and may add, limit, suspend or discontinue any benefit, or the club as a whole, at any time and at its sole discretion.
• Membership may be cancelled at any time by contacting customer service. Cancelling membership voids the personal discount code.

We take this clause seriously and will not abuse it. Notice of any material change will be published on the site; no change applies retroactively to an order already placed; and a code already applied to an order is honoured in full. The clause exists so the club can grow and improve over time — not to take back something you have already been given.

Consent to receive marketing messages is separate from joining the club and is not a condition of it. A member who opts in will receive news of offers and launches, and may opt out at any time — via the unsubscribe link in any message, from their account page, or by contacting customer service.

Details provided on joining are held for running the club and delivering its benefits, in line with the site's privacy policy, and are not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Reviews and customer-submitted content

By submitting a review or a photo through the site you grant BAVEL Jewelry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on the site and on the brand's channels. A review is published under the name you choose and never includes your contact details. We may decline to publish, or remove, any content at our discretion and at any time. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts in Israel.
